Returns & Exchanges
We strive to deliver high-quality, personalised clothing that you’ll love. However, because each piece is custom-made with your specifications, we have a few guidelines when it comes to returns and exchanges.
1. Custom Items
All personalised embroidery items are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or was made in error (e.g., incorrect design, misspelled text, or wrong size due to a mistake on our end).
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a replacement or refund as long as the issue is confirmed to be our mistake. Please include clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
3. Size Issues
Please carefully review our size chart before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. If you’re unsure about sizing, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for guidance.
4. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
5. Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other cases, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Personalised embroidery items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error on our part. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing your order.
